Introduction


There are many good practices implemented by different stakeholders to reduce environmental impacts of agri-food production and consumption. Here is a collection of good practices to help you identify the best solutions to address the environmental problems you may be facing.

To identify solutions to certain environmental problems, a series of questions need to be asked and answered:

  • What is the source of the environmental problem?
  • What is the magnitude and impact of the problem?
  • What measures will help avoid or reduce the problem?
  • How to implement these measures?

This series of questions can be thought of as an information trail to assist decision-making.

 The good practice case studies that we collected are organized in a way that help you to identify solutions to the above questions. You can enter this "information trail" from any point depending on what question(s) you have. You can search for information by:
